About the Role

Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Candidate Assessment:
* Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Candidate Experience:
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Effectively communicate with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other team members to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies with company goals.
* Recruitment Process Management:
* Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
* Market Research:
* Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to make data-driven recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on recruiting for IT and engineering roles.
* Strong understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates' technical abilities.
* Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.

Requirements

1. Education:

   - A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.


2. Experience:

   - Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.

   - Familiarity with the technology industry and an understanding of technical skill sets.


3. Technical Knowledge:

   - A good understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT skills to effectively evaluate and recruit technical talent.

   - Familiarity with various software development methodologies and tools.


4. Communication Skills:

   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.


5. Networking Skills:

   - Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.


6. Interviewing Skills:

   - Proficient in conducting technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.


7. ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Proficiency:

   - Experience using ATS to manage the recruitment process efficiently.


8. Problem-Solving Skills:

   - Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges, adapt to changing requirements, and find innovative solutions.


9. Organization and Time Management:

   - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.

   - Effective time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.


10. Team Collaboration:

    - Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other team members to achieve recruitment goals.


11. Adaptability:

    - Flexibility to adapt to changes in recruitment strategies and industry trends.
